A Brief History

Established in 1996, Mark Rider (founder of Rider-BTI Travel) created Attaché to satisfy the needs of the discerning leisure and business traveler. Each office specializes in providing a wide range of concierge services, and each of its offices currently operate out of Toronto.

Our Personal Service Advisors are backed by the latest technologies available in the travel industry. Attaché operates on SABRE, recognized worldwide as the pre-eminent airline computer reservation system.

Fee Schedule

Attaché is committed to providing a premium level of personalized service for our exclusive clientele. In order to provide unbiased attention to all our client requests, we operate on a fee-based schedule. Our Personal Service Advisors will inform you of any additional service charges prior to finalizing your request for specific travel or lifestyle arrangements. The PSAs are available to fit your daily schedule, going beyond the traditional 9 to 5 workday to orchestrate the non-traditional requests of our clients.
